Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all editorial inserts and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
